HEADS UP: Spill on S.R.248 Near Quinn’s Junction

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah. — Spilled “black sludge” from a water treatment plant truck has northbound traffic currently backed up on S.R. 248 near Quinn’s Junction. Highway patrol and Hazmat teams are on the scene, and motorists should choose an alternate route for now.
Update: Road cleared and traffic flow back to normal after 2:30 p.m.
