High West Distillery Releases Bourye for Utah Customers

PARK CITY, Utah. —  High West Distillery and Saloon announced today that a limited run (around 5,000 bottles) of its Bourye will be available at the High West General Store in Old Town and at the High West Distillery at Blue Sky Ranch in Wanship starting Jan. 28.

“High West’s annual Bourye blend is a whiskey lover’s favorite, and casual sippers embrace the unique rendition of the spirit every year,” said Brendan Coyle, High West Master Distiller. “This year’s label is particularly special for our locals and visitors alike, as it will only be available in the state of Utah.”

The bottle displays a graphic of the jackalope, a mythical mashup of a jackrabbit with antelope horns.

This wintertime release will be available in Utah liquor stores in February for $79.99 per bottle. The distillery and saloon will also host High West’s Après Adventure days Jan. 28 through Jan. 31 to celebrate the release.
