Park City Community Foundation reports $11.8 million in community impact for 2026

PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Community Foundation announced that it delivered $11.8 million in community impact to Park City and Summit County during its 2026 fiscal year, bringing its cumulative total since 2007 to $96.3 million.

“Local nonprofits are the lifeblood of this community,” said Joel Zarrow, CEO of Park City Community Foundation. “Through grants and our wide-ranging support of the nonprofit sector, we’re making more healthcare, arts and culture, education, sports and recreation, and belonging possible through collective giving.”

The Community Foundation announced its latest round of Community Fund grants, totaling $475,000 distributed to 55 local nonprofits. Deer Valley Resort contributed $100,000 of that total. Built from hundreds of individual donations, the Community Fund moves unrestricted dollars to organizations providing essential services across the county.

During the last fiscal year, which ran from July 2025 through June 2026, the Community Foundation distributed $4.7 million through 794 grants to local nonprofits. That figure includes support from the organization’s initiatives, funds and donor-advised funds.

The Community Foundation also facilitated $5.5 million in donations through its annual Live PC Give PC giving day and invested $1.6 million in program delivery through its Youth United, Early Childhood Alliance, Zero Food Waste and Women’s Giving Fund programs.

Officials said donors and sponsors make all Community Foundation grants possible, including individual givers, Live PC Give PC contributors, and Community Pass Club members and partners.

Community Pass Club partners include Deer Valley Resort; Vail Resorts Epic Promise Foundation and Park City Mountain; FIKA Wellness and Infusion; High West Distillery; Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club; Newpark Resort; Park City Golf Club; Pendry, Dos Olas, Kita and Pendry Spa; Powdr, Snowbird and Woodward; Soldier Hollow Nordic Center; Utah Olympic Park; and Utah Symphony | Utah Opera.
