HEBER CITY, Utah — Ice cream lovers in Heber Valley have a new place to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Brooker’s Founding Flavors, a Utah-grown ice cream company known for its Revolutionary War-inspired theme and handcrafted premium ice cream, recently opened its newest location in Heber City. The shop celebrated its grand opening with free ice cream for the first 100 customers, along with classic tricorner hats and T-shirts for early visitors.

The shop sets itself apart with a colonial-era atmosphere, where employees dress in period-inspired attire and flavors are named after American history figures and events.

Signature offerings include creative names like “Give Me Chocolate or Give Me Death” and “James Madison’s Constitutional Crunch,” alongside sundaes, shakes, and drinking chocolate.

The Heber location expands Brooker’s growing footprint across Utah and Arizona, joining shops in Lehi, Provo, Draper, Logan, Bluffdale, Saratoga Springs, and other communities.
