Summit Sotheby’s claims top Utah spot in RealTrends Verified + The Thousand

PARK CITY, Utah — Summit Sotheby’s International Realty announced Thursday that its agents dominated Utah’s representation in the 2026 RealTrends Verified + The Thousand rankings, which identify America’s top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2025 sales performance.

The Park City-based luxury brokerage placed more professionals in the rankings than any other firm in the state, with 39 agents earning spots among Utah’s top 100 real estate professionals by sales volume. Summit Sotheby’s also accounted for 40% of the state’s top 25 agents by sales volume, including the No. 1 ranked individual agent in Utah.

“Top rankings are earned through consistency, expertise and the ability to lead when markets evolve,” said Thomas Wright, CEO and principal broker of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. “Our advisors are industry leaders who understand how to navigate changing conditions, identify opportunities and deliver results for their clients regardless of market cycle. Backed by the global reach, marketing power and reputation of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, they continue to set the standard for luxury real estate in Utah and beyond. We’re honored to see so many of them recognized in this year’s rankings.”

The firm’s results also contributed to a strong showing for the broader Sotheby’s International Realty network, which had 122 affiliated advisors recognized across the 2026 rankings.

Published annually by RealTrends, the rankings are considered one of the real estate industry’s most respected performance benchmarks, recognizing top-producing professionals based on independently verified transaction sides and sales volume.

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty operates more than 280 sales associates across 14 offices statewide, with locations spanning Park City, Deer Valley, Salt Lake City, St. George and other Utah communities. The complete RealTrends Verified + The Thousand rankings are available on their website.
