Monday, March 2

Incident: Citizen assist
A caller on Iron Canyon Court reported ongoing issues with people parking in her driveway while accessing a nearby trailhead.

Incident: Animal problem
Two small brown dogs were reported off leash in City Park near Sullivan Road. Their owners were present in the area.

Tuesday, March 3

Incident: Traffic hazard
A mattress was reported leaning against a cement barrier near the bus lane at Kearns Boulevard and Richardson Flat Road by McPolin Elementary. The caller was concerned it could fall into traffic.

Incident: Non-reportable accident
A damaged black Volkswagen SUV was reported half on the curb near Bonanza Drive and Deer Valley Drive. It appeared the vehicle may have been involved in an accident, though it was unclear if anyone was inside.

Incident: Disturbing the peace
A caller on Lowell Avenue reported 10–12 adults yelling and partying in a hot tub late at night.

Wednesday, March 4

Incident: DUI / drugs
Two occupants were arrested following a DUI and drug investigation in the Kimball Junction area. The vehicle involved was impounded.

A white camper van was reported parked on a dirt side road near a cattle gate along Richardson Flat Road. The caller said the van had been there since early morning and appeared suspicious.

A driver reported a vehicle had struck and damaged a sign at the Deer Valley roundabout near Ontario Avenue. The sign was partially blocking the roundabout, and the vehicle that hit it had already left the scene.

Incident: DUI
A vehicle was stopped on westbound I-80 near mile marker 141 for multiple traffic violations. Following a DUI investigation, the driver was transported to a hospital for medical clearance and later booked on multiple charges. The vehicle was impounded.

A caller on Deer Valley Drive reported seeing a juvenile on camera urinating on the side of a building. The individual was described as wearing a black jacket and hoodie.

A tall male with a mohawk was reported walking between buildings on a property along Prospector Avenue.
