Junction Commons announces Tosh’s Ramen, Pandora as next additions

PARK CITY, Utah — Tosh’s Ramen and Pandora will join Nordstrom Rack at Junction Commons in the coming months, bringing new dining and retail options to the community. The additions mark another step in the center’s transition from its previous identity as Outlets Park City into what operators describe as a modern hybrid lifestyle center.
“We’re building a place where everyday errands, great meals, and unexpected finds all live side by side and where the experience keeps getting better with each new arrival,” a Junction Commons spokesperson said.
Tosh’s Ramen to open in September
Construction on Tosh’s Ramen is set to begin soon, with the Park City location expected to open in September. The restaurant, which has built a loyal following at its original Holladay location, will mark the brand’s first expansion outside the city.
“Tosh’s has built a loyal community around its food,” a Junction Commons spokesperson said. “Bringing that same authenticity and comfort to Park City is exactly the kind of experience we’re excited to introduce here.”
Known for its rich broths and noodles, Tosh’s Ramen has cultivated a devoted following since opening its Holladay location.
Pandora to open in November
Pandora is scheduled to begin construction this summer ahead of a November opening, joining Nordstrom Rack as an addition to the center’s retail mix. The global jewelry brand is known for its hand-finished pieces and customizable charm collections, offering shoppers options across everyday wear and special occasions.
The store will expand the center’s lineup of what operators call style-forward retailers serving both local residents and visitors.
Together, the two announcements reflect Junction Commons’ strategy of drawing tenants that serve the community on a year-round basis — not just during the ski season that has historically defined much of Park City’s visitor economy.
