Park City to St. George: Utah homes featured in Sotheby’s global open house weekend

PARK CITY — Summit Sotheby’s International Realty will participate in a worldwide open house event Oct. 4-5, featuring over 100 Utah properties as part of a showcase spanning multiple countries.

The two-day event will highlight homes from southern Utah’s red rock country to Park City and Heber Valley mountain properties, as well as listings throughout the Wasatch Front, including Draper, Provo and the greater Salt Lake Valley.

The brokerage participated in a similar spring showcase in May. According to the company, 53 of the 200-plus properties held open during that event ultimately went under contract and sold.
