Lindsey Vonn Foundation’s #STRONGgirls Camp returns to Park City Oct. 18

PARK CITY, Utah — The Lindsey Vonn Foundation will host its #STRONGgirls Camp at the Weilenmann School of Discovery in Park City, in partnership with the Winter School, on Saturday, October 18, 2025. This day-long program, designed for girls ages 10 to 14, focuses on building confidence, leadership skills, and fostering connections.

The camp will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and aims to introduce participants to effective strategies for building self-esteem, maintaining healthy relationships, and setting achievable goals. Organizers emphasize that the program combines lessons on mental and physical health with activities that encourage girls to step out of their comfort zones and support one another.

Lindsey Vonn, an Olympic gold medalist and World Cup champion, plays an active role in the program, sharing her personal experiences to help participants navigate challenges and develop a sense of purpose. Her story is integrated into the curriculum to highlight themes of perseverance, goal-setting, and self-trust.

Each camp is tailored to meet the needs of its community, taking local demographics into account. Organizers select mentors from the surrounding area to guide participants during the camp and to provide ongoing support afterward. Additionally, the foundation offers a private online network that allows campers and mentors to stay connected.

The foundation describes the camp as an introduction to personal growth, emphasizing the importance of health, activity, and mutual support.

Registration and additional details can be found on the Lindsey Vonn Foundation website.
