Park City’s Vessel Kitchen opens 9th restaurant in Utah, in its 9th year in business

PARK CITY, Utah — The sign on the Kimball Junction location of Vessel Kitchen says it all; Born & Raised Right Here in Park City, and if true foodies may be shocked to learn that they’ve now opened their ninth Utah-wide restaurant, they won’t surprised.

They’ve achieved this accomplished of opening the ninth restaurant in this, their ninth year in business. 

“We’re excited to celebrate the opening of Vessel Kitchen’s ninth location in Orem. Continued expansion into Utah County gives us the opportunity to share our food with even more people and we’re grateful to be working welcomed into this community,” Public relations representative for Vessel Kitchen Damaris Cittadini told TownLift. “More than anything, we want everyone who comes through our doors to feel at home whether they’re meeting up with friends, having a long conversation with a loved one, or just enjoying some time to themselves.”

The co-founders, one of whom was also working as a ski instructor around the time of the first opening in 2016, are locals who knew just what niche needed filling in the town’s oft-crowded cuisine landscape.

In the Kimball Junction area, Vessel Kitchen isn’t the only choice diners have among restaurants which also have other locations throughout Utah. However, it is the only choice of restaurants which started in Park City and then spread outward as opposed to the other way around.

“We know so many people have been waiting for another Vessel Kitchen in Utah County, and we’re thrilled to finally make it happen,” Cittadini continued. “Our goal is simple: we want everyone who visits to leave satisfied, both with the food and with the service they receive.”
