Every home tells a story, Summit Sotheby’s Collections Magazine celebrates personal expression

PARK CITY, Utah — Summit Sotheby’s International Realty released the 32nd edition of its bi-annual Collections Magazine, continuing a 16-year legacy of showcasing properties through a luxury lens that goes far beyond traditional real estate marketing.
With this summer’s theme, “The Art of Visual Expression,” Collections focuses on the personal and artistic nuances that make each home distinct.
“The purpose of Collections—and the creative vision behind it—is to better serve our clients. It’s all about elevating their properties, capturing attention in meaningful ways, and delivering a level of marketing and service that simply can’t be found elsewhere,” said Tiffany Fox, Chief Marketing Officer at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.
To achieve that, Summit Sotheby’s has leaned into high-end print while the rest of the world moves increasingly digital. Their in-house team includes architectural photographers, some of whom have relocated to Utah specifically for the role. The result is photography that rivals the pages of Architectural Digest, giving every listing—from multimillion-dollar ski-in/ski-out estates to urban bungalows—a sense of artistry.
“The way people decorate, collect, and inhabit their homes is a reflection of their identity,” Fox said. “That might mean a gallery wall of vinyl records from favorite artists, or a mounted display of vintage skis. These are personal touches that tell a story. We want the magazine to capture that individual spirit, because every home has a narrative that’s been uniquely lived and deeply felt.”
The latest issue of Collections Magazine showcases a diverse mix of properties—approximately 90% from across Utah—with a curated selection from national and international markets.

In addition to functioning as a visual experience, the magazine plays a key strategic role in property launches. Summit Sotheby’s aligns its publication timeline with a wave of new listings, often debuting 70–80 properties in tandem with each release. This issue is no exception.
“Collections Magazine is, at its core, a tangible sales tool for our agents and our clients,” she said. “It’s a visual embodiment of our ability to offer more: services, support and results, while also curating an elevated experience. Our brokerage is uniquely positioned to deliver what others in our market simply cannot. This magazine is a reflection of our commitment to do more and consistently exceed expectations for our agents and our clients.”
As with previous editions, Collections Magazine also engages clients whose homes haven’t yet been featured. “People often reach out asking, ‘How can I get my home into the next issue?’” Fox said. “This begins conversations that lead to new, creative ways to tell the unique stories behind the homes we sell.”
Whether for exposure, aesthetic inspiration, or as a collector’s item, this edition of Collections continues to position Summit Sotheby’s International Realty not only as a leader in Utah real estate but as a brand committed to redefining the way homes are presented and perceived.
The Summer 2025 edition of Collections is available now in print and online. Distribution includes Sotheby’s International Realty locations, luxury retail partnerships, and travel lounges across the nation.
