PARK CITY, Utah – Culinary excitement is heating up this summer at Deer Valley Resort as it unveils two premier food-centric events: the debut of the Fire & Flavor Festival and the return of the renowned Taste of Luxury Series. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains, these experiences promise sizzling live-fire fare, acclaimed guest chefs, and unforgettable dining under the stars.

Savor the Summit
June 28 | 6 p.m. | Historic Main Street | $450 per ticket
Deer Valley’s culinary team brings bold Southern flair and coastal influences to Park City’s largest outdoor dinner party. Highlights include grilled oysters with caviar beurre blanc, gator bites with comeback sauce, heirloom tomato tarta, and seafood jambalaya topped with butter-poached lobster tail, followed by a decadent brick oven chocolate crostata.
Taste of Luxury Series: Chef Ryan Arensdorf
July 11 | 4:30 p.m. | Deer Valley Café Deck | $155–$175 per guest
Returning for his third annual appearance, Kansas City BBQ virtuoso Chef Ryan Arensdorf headlines this edition of Taste of Luxury. Guests will enjoy a VIP reception and dinner. Expect a mouthwatering selection of smoked and grilled specialties alongside panoramic mountain views. Following the event enjoy concert by Common with the Utah Symphony at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater.
Fire & Flavor Festival
July 11–13 | 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Silver Lake
Deer Valley’s newest event celebrates live-fire cooking in its purest form. The festival opens July 11 with an exclusive dinner featuring flame-kissed creations by Chef Arensdorf. The main festival on July 12 and 13 includes open-fire demos, smoked dishes from Chefs Sarah Glover, Peter Menteer, and Sam Phelan, live music, and beer pairings from five top Utah breweries. Admission is free with the purchase of a $10 scenic lift ticket (includes one child per paying adult), with culinary plates available for $25 each.
Taste of Luxury Series: Duckhorn Vineyards & Chef Clement Gelas
August 1 | 5:30 p.m. VIP Reception, 6 p.m. Dinner | Deer Valley Café Deck | $125–$150 per guest
Chef Clement Gelas, Executive Chef at Talisker Club, teams up with Duckhorn Vineyards for a refined five-course French dinner, drawing on his Haute-Savoie heritage. Guests will sip expertly paired wines curated by Cardiff Scott-Robinson and enjoy a picturesque evening of mountain elegance.
Taste of Luxury Series: Chef Giancarlo Morelli
August 22 & 23 | 6:30 p.m. VIP Reception, 7 p.m. Dinner | Empire Canyon Lodge | $215–$225 per guest
Celebrate the return of Italian culinary master Chef Giancarlo Morelli with two nights of signature Italian cuisine and premium wine pairings. Each evening includes a VIP meet-and-greet, elevated canapés, and a five-course dinner.
Taste of Luxury Series: Hands-On Cooking Class with Chef Morelli
August 24 | 1 p.m. | The Brass Tag | $300 per guest
For a more intimate and interactive experience, join Chef Morelli for a pasta-making class followed by a wine-paired tasting of your creations. Guests will receive a pasta maker, apron, and special gift as keepsakes of the day.
