PARK CITY, Utah — Set against the Wasatch Mountains in Deer Valley, the Taste of Montage is a food festival that celebrates the finest culinary creations from the Montage Deer Valley’s dining outlets. This three-hour outdoor experience, hosted on the Apex mountain terrace, invites guests to explore a world of flavors through signature dishes and exclusive pop-ups.

“The inspiration is to create an event that brings locals up to experience the culture of Montage. In Las Vegas, First Friday intertwines food with the local community scene. This is our take to bring First Friday to life while paying homage to the Utah roots and Montage Deer Valley,” said Kevin Hee, Executive Chef of Montage Deer Valley. “This year, we’re focusing our culinary efforts on staying true to the destination—highlighting what each restaurant does best and leaning into the culture of our local flavor. We’ve also increased the price to elevate the culinary offerings to new heights, for example, top-quality products, wagyu steaks, and local ingredients.
