Hop into Easter with brunches, buffets and gourmet feasts in Park City

PARK CITY, Utah — From chocolate fondue to lobster mac and cheese, Park City restaurants are pulling out all the stops for Easter Sunday. Members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association are serving up festive feasts across town, inviting families and friends to gather for indulgent brunch buffets, elegant dinners and springtime treats fit for the holiday.
Grub Steak will serve a three-course Easter dinner featuring a choice of house or Caesar salad, or wild rice and mushroom soup. The entrée includes Greek grilled lamb chops with roasted potatoes and steamed asparagus. Guests can choose from a selection of homemade desserts. The dinner is priced at $59.75 per person.
Hearth and Hill will offer an Easter brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with items such as rosemary crusted prime rib, bourbon glazed salmon, shrimp cocktail, baked brie with strawberries and made to order omelettes. Desserts include pistachio crème brûlée tart, red velvet cake and an ice cream sundae bar. A separate children’s buffet will feature chicken tenders, mac and cheese, mini pancakes and more. The buffet costs $64 for adults and $30 for children ages 5 to 12. Reservations are available on Resy.
Montage Deer Valley will host an Easter buffet at Apex from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $95 per adult and $45 per child 12 and under. Reservations are required.
Riverhorse on Main will serve an all-you-can-enjoy small plates brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $117 per guest age 13 and older, and $55 for children 12 and under. The brunch features a curated menu of unlimited small plates served a la carte. Reservations can be made on Resy.
St. Regis Deer Valley will offer an expansive Easter buffet from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Menu highlights include omelet and crepe stations, sushi, herb-crusted prime rib, lobster mac and cheese, cedar plank salmon, and dessert stations featuring pastries, Danishes and chocolate fondue. Pricing is $160 for adults and $75 for kids.
Stein Eriksen Lodge will serve a brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The regular Troll Hallen menu will also be available. Brunch is priced at $150 for adults and $50 for children ages 4 to 12. Reservations can be made by calling 435-645-6455. Utah residents are eligible for a discounted rate on an overnight stay when extending brunch into a weekend getaway.
Each restaurant’s offering highlights a distinct take on Easter dining. Event organizers recommend booking early due to expected high demand.
