Incident: DUI
Deputies stopped a vehicle for a moving violation. They made contact with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. The driver performed poorly on the standard field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation. Contact was made with the driver, and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. The driver performed poorly on the standard field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest.
Incident: Simple Assault DV
An adult son was observed pushing his mother down to the ground in the Smith’s parking lot. Both are in Park City from New Hampshire for vacation, along with the suspect’s 7-year-old daughter. The son was advised that the charges would be referred to Prosecutors instead of going to jail because no one could care for the 7-year-old.

Incident: Domestic Violence
Deputies responded to a report of Domestic Violence on Bitner Road. Following an investigation, the predominant aggressor was arrested and transported to the Summit County Jail without incident.
Incident: Unattended Death
Deputies and EMS responded to the Park City Gun Club for a report of an adult male with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The male was determined to be deceased on arrival by EMS. Investigations and CSI arrived and conducted an investigation. The decedent was transported to the OMEs Office for further examination. Next of Kin was notified. This case remains active for investigation, pending a report by the OME.
