PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Artists Association will host the second annual Spring Into Art showcase March 21-23, featuring works by about 30 local artists.
The exhibit offers visitors a chance to meet creators who have enhanced the community through decorating utility boxes, painting murals, and providing artwork for Townlift and photographs for Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter. Some are also published authors among the artists.
Artists will display a diverse range of works including paintings, sculptures, digital art, jewelry, textiles, mixed media, photography and pottery. Visitors will also be able to engage directly with the artists about their creative processes and inspirations.
Spring Into Art will be open Friday, March 21, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The showcase, which includes both returning and first-time participants, will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Park City – The Yarrow, 1800 Park Ave. Entry and parking are free.
