Guided by light: Honoring the Solstice at HeartSpace
PARK CITY, Utah – The Winter Solstice, marking the shortest day and longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, has been celebrated for thousands of years as a time of transition and reflection. This year, Plenty Consulting is honoring the ancient tradition with a live event and online resources designed to help individuals and businesses pause, reflect on the past year, and set intentions for the year ahead.
The solstice, which occurs Dec. 21, symbolizes the shift from darkness to light. In today’s fast-paced world, Plenty Consulting emphasizes its importance as a moment to slow down and realign.
