PARK CITY, Utah — As costume-clad revelers filled Park City’s Main Street, the annual Howl-O-Ween trick-or-treat event buzzed with excitement. The street transformed into a spooky wonderland, where children, adults, and dogs alike showed off creative costumes.
Families and their four-legged companions paraded in full costume, from tiny ghosts and princesses to elaborate setups—like a dog dressed as a fighter jet pilot—all posing the age-old question: “Trick or treat?”
