PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Police Detectives announced Wednesday they have identified and apprehended a suspect in the theft of a valuable Russian sable fur coat, valued at over $100,000, from the Sitka Fur Gallery on Main Street on February 27.
Zivomir Mitic was arrested in New York after being tracked by detectives. He reportedly rented a car to travel across the country, steal high-end merchandise, and return.
Police are still looking for his female accomplice and ask anyone with information that may be helpful to contact Park City Police Dispatch at 435-615-5500.
