Junction Commons’ newest shop, JC Country, opens Saturday

PARK CITY, Utah — A western apparel retailer known for custom hat bands is expanding to Park City. This is the retailer’s second location in Utah since launching in Tremonton 16 years ago.

JC Country, formerly JC Hats & Belts, will open at Junction Commons shopping center on Saturday. The store will offer custom-designed hat bands and western wear. It aims to provide affordable western apparel options while specializing in personalized accessories.

The grand opening will feature a hat bar with 20% discounts on hat bands and accessories, a raffle, and a soda bar. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

According to Junction Commons marketing and specialty leasing manager Abby Phillips, store owner Jasmyn Correa has already established a presence in the Park City market through regular appearances at the Park Silly Market.

“They know the Park City market and have a great rapport with clientele that have shopped their booth for years,” Phillips said.

The store will feature a custom hat band station where customers can select materials, colors, and styles for personalized creations. Beyond hats, the retailer offers apparel, belts, and accessories for families.
