Whodunnit? Find out at Park City Library’s Mystery in the Stacks event

PARK CITY, UT — As part of the Wasatch Back Book Festival, the Park City Library will host a special event, “Mystery in the Stacks,” on Friday, October 25, at 6 p.m.

Participants will engage in an interactive mystery experience in the Library’s closed stacks, featuring a fast-paced readers’ theater performance by Park City Improv. The event, styled as a Film Noir crime fiction scenario, will invite attendees to dress in old Hollywood attire for a night of thrilling scenes and guessing who the culprit might be.

Don’t miss out on the Mystery in the Stacks event at the Park City Library, where intrigue, drama, and suspense unfold on October 25 at 6 p.m.

The ticketed event, with limited space, will benefit the Park City Friends of the Library.

The Wasatch Back Book Festival, which is free and family-friendly, offers a range of activities, including crafts, local authors, puppetry, and rare literary artifacts. It also features papermaking and book art.

Organized in collaboration with Utah Humanities, the Summit County Library, and the Wasatch County Library, the festival will include appearances by notable authors. Among them are Jack Carr, former Navy SEAL and best-selling author of the “Terminal List” series, Michael Finkel, best-selling author of The Art Thief, and Julia Lyons, an award-winning children’s author. These events will take place in the Jim Santy Auditorium.
