Miners Girls Soccer shuts out Hillcrest High on Senior Night

PARK CITY, Utah — Hillcrest High came to Dozier Field on Monday night to play Park City High School’s Girl’s Soccer Team for Senior Night, and they went back to Salt Lake Valley on the losing side of the 5-0 final score.

Before the game-starting whistle was blown, family members gathered on the field to have their player’s name announced, along with their college plans, life and sport influences, and special thank you’s while gifts and flowers were exchanged.

• Abby Hanton who is signed to play soccer at university in Kansas

In the middle of the game, Sutton Hull kicked in a goal from an assist from the middle of the field.

The large crowd was cheering their Miners on, under clear skies, crisp autumn air, and colorful leaves as Park City had the halftime score 2-0.
