PARK CITY, Utah — Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Lisa Barlow hosted a grand opening party for Premiere Park City on Friday, July 5.
Located at 268 Main Street, the former OP Rockwell space, Premiere Park City is designed to blend sophistication with a spacious setting, perfect for various events. The venue boasts a 5,000-square-foot area, offering a stylish, high-end speakeasy ambiance reminiscent of the Gilded Age. Guests can enjoy delicious cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and live music.
“There is really nothing like it in Park City,” Barlow said. “It has great eats, but it’s a true lounge where you can relax before and after dinner. I would compare it to the Caribou Club in Aspen.”
Barlow, dressed in sheek style wearing black pants and sunglasses, met party-goers and took selfies with them, greeting everyone with a friendly smile.
Executive Chef Chicho Gonzalez has compiled a new menu featuring Latin American-inspired small dishes. Barlow’s Vida Tequila brand was front and center in the cocktail options along with fire dancers and music by DJ Luva Luva.
TownLift asked Barlow what makes her tequila different from other top-shelf tequila brands. She said that the brand is extremely modern, but Vida Tequila still follows traditional techniques to make their award-winning, ultra-premium tequila.
“Vida stands out as we still go to full maturation on the growth of our agave plants, which is typically 10 to 12 years of each plant being in the soil before we harvest. Vida tequila is 100% Telana Weber blue variety – the best of all the agave – and it is additive free. We are extremely proud of our Highland grown tequila,” Barlow explained.
