Annual lower Main Street repaving starts this week with rolling lane closures through July 20

PARK CITY, Utah — Park City’s Public Works department has initiated its annual pavement management plan to improve and maintain the streets following the winter season. Road closures and utility adjustments are scheduled to occur throughout July. Despite the closures, access will remain available during the project.

The schedule and anticipated impacts are as follows:

  • July 9: Roto-milling on lower Main Street (north of Heber Avenue) will involve rolling lane closures with flaggers.
  • July 10: Cleaning and repaving of Main Street will continue, again with rolling lane closures and flaggers.
  • July 11, morning: Cleaning and repaving of Heber Avenue will occur, following the same pattern of rolling lane closures with flaggers.
  • July 15-20: Utility adjustments will be made, but the road will remain open.

Residents can visit the city’s website for more information on the pavement management plan and to stay updated on any changes.
