Park City Library announces Summer Events on the Patio
PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Library recently announced the lineup of events that will be held on its patio all summer long.
According to the library newsletter, Parkites are invited to enjoy the following outdoor events:
Yoga on the Patio
June 13 -Sept. 26
Thursdays, 9 a.m.
“An hour-long, yoga class with a focus on mindful flow, alignment, breath, and community. All levels and abilities are encouraged to attend. In partnership with PC MARC.”
Opera on the Patio
June 18, July 23
6:30 p.m.
“As part of its preview season following its founding this year, Park City Opera will present a one-hour program featuring captivating arias and art songs, performed by talented local and visiting artists. Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy the performance with the whole family!”
Music on the Patio
Wednesdays and Saturdays, June 26-Aug. 21
10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
“What is one of the best things about Park City in the summer? Outdoor concerts! Enjoy free live music on the library’s outdoor patio every Wednesday and Saturday. These events are family-friendly.
These concerts are provided in partnership with Mountain Town Music and Friends of the Library (Wednesdays) and Lucky Ones Coffee (Saturdays).”
Movie on the Patio
July 12
At dusk, approximately 8:45 p.m.
“Kung Fu Panda 4”
“Enjoy a free, outdoor movie on a big screen, with free popcorn, on the Library’s patio. In partnership with Park City Film and Basin Recreation.”
Summer Slide
July 28, Aug. 18
11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
“Come to our Summer Slide parties! Kids get to slip and slide, make huge bubbles, play with yard games, and get creative.”

Aug. 9
At dusk, approximately 8:45 p.m.
“A Million Miles Away”
“Enjoy a free, outdoor movie on a big screen, with free popcorn, on the Library’s patio. This film is screened in Spanish with English subtitles. In partnership with Park City Film and Basin Recreation.”
