Calling all mixologists: enter Park City’s Savor the Cocktail contest

PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) is calling all mixologists and bartenders to submit their most innovative cocktail creations using locally-sourced ingredients for the Savor the Cocktail Contest. Entries are being accepted now through Friday, June 21, for the online contest that will run from July 1 to July 31.

The winner for Best Cocktail will receive a $500 cash prize, city-wide recognition, and additional marketing efforts from PCARA following the contest. To highlight Park City’s local spirit, participants must use at least two ingredients from local purveyors in their cocktail recipe submissions. Contest applications are available at parkcityrestaurants.com and must be submitted to Ginger Wicks.

The Park City Area Restaurant Association, represents more than 70 local restaurants, and supports Park City’s dining scene. The PCARA also hosts events including Savor the Summit, Park City Dine About, and the Online Cocktail Contest.

Last year’s Savor the Cocktail winner, Reagan Chung, mixologist at Handle restaurant, won for both his “Gin” cocktail and Mocktail #4.

PCARA member restaurants will host the contest, with entries open until Friday, June 21.
