Updated closing dates for Utah ski resorts
UTAH — This weekend will be the last to hit the slopes at Park City Mountain and Deer Valley ski resorts this winter season.
Deer Valley will close on Sunday after spinning through April 21 with Carpenter, Homestake, Snowflake, Sterling, and Wasatch lifts. Park City’s Canyons Village will also close on Sunday, with Mountain Village’s First Time, 3 Kings, Crescent, and Silverload lifts spinning through Monday. Other lifts may open or close depending on weather and snow conditions.
- Woodward Park City’s Jib Park will continue to operate daily from 1-7 p.m., though the Hot Laps lift has closed.
- Snowbasin Resort will operate through April 28, with a closing day bash to end the season.
- Alta will close its season on April 21.
- Brighton will close on April 28.
- Snowbird will stay open through May 12, with spring hours starting May 6.
- Solitude Resort will stay open at least until May 12, conditions permitting.
- Brian Head has also extended its season through May 5.
