PCARA announces restaurant spring and shoulder season updates

PARK CITY, Utah — As the seasons evolve, so do the schedules of various members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA). While some restaurants brace themselves to remain open during the shoulder season, others will take a temporary hiatus to gear up for the busy summer months that lie ahead.

Current spring hours for member restaurants are as follows:

350 Main

Open nightly, 5 – 9 p.m.

Annex Burger

Open Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday, 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Closed Monday, May 13 through Wednesday, May 15.

Big Dipper

Open Sunday – Monday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Tuesday – Saturday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Boneyard Saloon

Closed Monday, May 13 through Wednesday, May 15.

Butcher’s Chop House

Open 3 – 10 p.m. daily

Closed Monday, May 13 through Wednesday, May 15.

The Chateaux

Closed from Monday, April 15 – Thursday, May 23

Collie’s BBQ

Open Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday, 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Courchevel Bistro

Closed Sunday, April 14 – Wednesday, May 22. Open Wednesday – Sunday beginning Thursday, May 23.

Deer Valley Resort
