Changes to Main Street parking take effect Mon. for Sundance festival preparations

PARK CITY, Utah – In anticipation of the 2024 Sundance Festival and due to the vast amount of snowfall in the past few days, Park City Municipal is making a few changes to parking on Main Street to increase safety and accessibility.

Park City teams will begin snow hauling from Main Street at 2 a.m. Monday, Jan. 15, and are expected to finish operations before 8 a.m. Monday morning.

Parking will be closed along the west side of Main Street immediately following snow haul operations early Monday morning, and will remain closed through Wednesday, Jan. 24.

Delivery access will remain in place on both sides of the street.

Delivery drivers are asked to pull completely to the curb and not block the roadway.

Adjustments may be made by Park City Municipal as needed.
