Deer Valley Resort to open Dec. 2 amid ‘significant winter storm’
According to the National Weather Service Deer Valley could see between 11" and 19" of snow through Dec 4
PARK CITY, Utah — Deer Valley Resort is slated to open on Saturday, Dec. 2, just in time for the arrival of this winter’s first significant storm. The National Weather Service reports that northern and central Utah could see between 11″ and 19″ of snow during opening weekend.
Resort patrons will have their choice of ten ski runs on opening day, serviced by seven chairlifts.
Open chairlifts will include:

- Silver Lake Express
- Homestake Express
- Viking
- Wasatch Express
- Sterling Express
Open ski runs will include:
- Wide West
- Success
- Rosebud
- Silver Link
- McHenery
- Trainer
- Birdseye

- Big Stick
Full-day early season lift ticket pricing:
- Adults $ 189
- Seniors $ 142
- Children $ 117
