Attention job seekers: DWS to host virtual job fair September 7

UTAH — The Utah Department of Workforce Services (DWS) will host a virtual job fair on Thursday, September 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Up to 100 Utah employers are expected to attend this job fair, hiring for both local and work-from-home positions. Find a list of employers here.

To help job seekers prepare for the conference, a one-hour online workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 6 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

“The workshop walks you through how to register for the virtual fair in advance,” said a statement from the DWS. “We will also cover tips and tricks on how to impress employers, navigate the job fair, view job opportunities you are interested in, and how to follow up with employers afterward.”
