A new chapter in healthful dining: Luna’s Kitchen acquires High Vibes Juicery

PARK CITY, Utah — In a significant move for the local food scene, Luna’s Kitchen, the popular gluten-free kitchen and bakery located at 1400 Snow Creek Drive L in Park City, recently announced its acquisition of High Vibes Juicery. This merger brings together two culinary forces committed to healthy, nourishing fare.

“When I took over in 2020, I dropped the private chef catering just to focus more on what we were doing in-house and to bring consistency into the operation,” said Stacy Smyth, Luna’s Kitchen owner. “Now we have a nice takeout menu of sandwiches and wraps and a whole open-air case full of fresh take-home meals. And a full bakery case of savory and sweet items. Everything is scratch-made in-house; I am very conscious about the ingredients that we use, always searching for all-natural ingredients.”

Luna’s Kitchen, known for its commitment to providing gluten-free options, has now expanded its offerings to include a variety of fresh, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and acai bowls formerly under the High Vibes brand. The acquisition promises to enhance the dining experience for health-conscious customers seeking nutrient-dense options.

High Vibes Juicery, a beloved establishment among locals and visitors alike, has been serving up an assortment of invigorating green and roots and fruit juices.  This addition to Luna’s Kitchen has created an even broader range of grab-and-go healthy options and has made them convenient for those seeking nourishment on the move.

“Jen [ Jennifer Sutton, High Vibes Juicery] and I had been working together for about two years; she came to me this past April, and we started planning on her moving [into Luna’s], but as of last month, she had made the decision to step out completely, so I decided to take over her juice business,” Smyth said. “We are making the juices in-house twice a week. What we do is very intentional. We are putting out foods that we would prefer to have in our family’s mouths and our guests. We are super excited about this.”
