SNAPPED: UDOT traffic cams diverted from roads prior to Biden’s Park City visit
Update (August 10, 6:47 p.m.): UDOT traffic cameras have returned to their normal positions.
PARK CITY, Utah — Utah Department of Transportation traffic cameras have been diverted from the road throughout Parley’s Canyon prior to President Joe Biden’s visit to Park City.
The cameras have been directed toward the ground, sky or mountains from Foothill Drive in Salt Lake City to Silver Creek Junction.
Biden spoke at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center at 11:15 a.m. to commemorate the act’s one-year anniversary. He is expected to travel from Salt Lake City to Park City at some point later this afternoon for an exclusive fundraising event that an undisclosed location at 1:30 p.m.
Drivers have been warned to expect traffic delays on I-80 between 12-3 p.m. today.
