Intermountain Park City Hospital welcomes first pediatric orthopedic surgeon

PARK CITY, Utah — Intermountain Park City Hospital announced today that is has welcomed Dr. Marcella Woiczik, the hospital’s very first pediatric orthopedic surgeon, to its staff.

With a wealth of experience and dedication spanning over 14 years, Woiczik is set to enhance the hospital’s pediatric care services for families living along the Wasatch Back.

Woiczik’s expertise in treating young orthopedic patients spans a variety of healthcare settings, from outpatient clinics to emergency rooms. She obtained her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, and further honed her skills through an internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Woiczik also completed a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at the University of Utah.

As of August 1, Intermountain Park City Hospital is now offering a new pediatric orthopedic surgery service. Woiczik will be available to assist patients in both the emergency room and outpatient clinic setting. This expansion is part of the Orthopedic Partners clinic on the hospital campus, previously known as the Rosenberg Cooley Metcalf (RCM) Clinic. Surgical care will be provided at Intermountain Park City Hospital and Primary Children’s Hospital.
