Art on the Trails aims to connect art and nature, August 26
PARK CITY, Utah — Art on the Trails 2023, presented by the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County in collaboration with Basin Recreation and Copper Moose Farm Stand, is scheduled to take place on August 26 from 2-6 p.m.
This immersive experience will showcase local and regional performing artists along the McLeod Creek Trail.
Step onto the trail ready to be mesmerized by a lineup of performances and interactive experiences suitable for all ages. From the enticing melodies of Flamingo Jazz, a jazz band inspired by the vibrant sounds of New Orleans, Havana, and Miami, to the breathtaking agility of Kate Law Hoflich, co-founder and coach of the Salt City Circus, this year’s artists will take you on an unforgettable artistic journey.
Performances by Utah Symphony Soprano Jasmine Rodriguez, and the Park City High School’s Chamber Orchestra will further entertain along the way.
Guided tours will be available from 2-4 p.m., and depart every 20 minutes from Copper Moose Farm. Led by knowledgeable tour guides, these leisurely hikes will lead you to the site-specific locations along the McLeod Creek Trail. Each tour lasts approximately an hour and a half.
After the tours, meet up at the Copper Moose Farm Stand lounge for food, refreshing drinks, and live music until 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here.
