Section of Rail Trail closed July 14-18 for sewer work

PARK CITY, Utah — The Mountain Trails Foundation announced yesterday that the section of the Rail Trail between Richardson Flat Road and SR-248, Kearns Boulevard, will be closed for sewer work from July 14-18.

“Rail Trail users will be rerouted to Richardson Flat Road and the Phoston Spur Trail (packed gravel),” said a Facebook post from the Mountain Trails Foundation. “If you are headed down the Rail Trail (out of town) to Round Valley, you will turn left onto Richardson Flat Road for a few hundred yards instead of taking the boardwalk bridge.”
