SNAPPED: Off the road under the overpass

PARK CITY, Utah — At 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, a small silver SUV was off the road, in the grass at the I-80 underpass on Highland Dr.

As seen in the photo, an occupant of the car was out of the vehicle and sitting on the hillside, on the phone.

Law enforcement was on site.

Traffic was flowing regularly around the scene.
