Annual Cocktail and Mocktail Contest open for bartender submissions

PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) invites local bartenders and mixologists to craft the town’s best cocktail or mocktail in this year’s contest. PCARA challenges bartenders and mixologists to source locally when crafting their most creative cocktail recipes. To best embody Park City’s spirit, participants must use a minimum of two ingredients from local purveyors in their cocktail recipe submission.

Entries are being accepted through Friday, June 16, for the contest that will run July 1–31. Contest applications are available at parkcityrestaurants.com and must be submitted to Ginger Wicks at gingerwicks@icloud.com.

The best Cocktail and Mocktail winners will be awarded a $500 cash prize, city-wide recognition. The winning establishments and cocktail/mocktail will be highlighted in PCARA marketing efforts following the contest.

The Park City Area Restaurant Association is the umbrella organization for more than 70 restaurants in Park City, Utah. The organization supports and promotes the large variety of award-winning restaurants in the Park City area. Every year, thousands of residents and visitors are exposed to Park City’s eclectic dining options through a variety of events that the Park City Area Restaurant Association hosts.
