Stroll into spring with local music, artists, and galleries

PARK CITY, Utah — Immerse yourself in an evening of art, music, and great company while enjoying the magic of Park City’s Historic Main Street and beyond during the Art & Music Gallery Stroll hosted by the Park City Gallery Association (PCGA) on Friday, March 31 from 6-9 p.m. Look for the white flags up and down Main Street for the participating galleries.

The Art & Music Gallery Stroll is produced in partnership with the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County, the Park City Gallery Association, and Mountain Town Music (MTM). Funding for this event has been generously provided by the Summit County Restaurant Tax and Sunrise Rotary Grant.

“The Art & Music Gallery Stroll is a way to bring musical performance and visual art together to heighten viewing and listening experiences,” said Jocelyn Scudder, Arts Council of Park City & Summit County Executive Director.

“Both art and music can evoke emotion, conversation, and ultimately, enjoyment. This is a wonderful community event where everyone can immerse themselves in performance and visual arts.”

The PCGA consists of fifteen local galleries showcasing artwork by renowned local and national artists. Highlighting our special event, seven galleries will host musical performances for attendees’ enjoyment throughout the stroll.

“Mountain Town Music prides itself in being a community connector utilizing live music and partnering with organizations such as the PCGA and Arts Council to enhance their events with music is an important way for us to serve this purpose,” said Brian Richards, Community Conductor of Musical Affairs for MTM.
