Summit Sotheby's Collections Magazine talks Utah's real estate market, significant sales, and listings

PARK CITY, Utah — What began as an in-house property guide for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty (SSIR) clients evolved into Collections Magazine, now in its 14th year. On Monday, December 12, SSIR released the 27th edition of Collections Magazine, which showcases its many unique Utah properties and gets nostalgic about Utah’s favorite pastime: skiing.

“Fast forward to today, and this signature publication has become one of the most widely distributed real estate, lifestyle, and editorial publications in the country,” said SSIR President and Principal Broker Thomas Wright.

Summit Sotheby’s dives into the Wasatch Front, Wasatch Back, Southern Utah, and Moab sectors with Market Snapshots, Significant Sales, listings, and communities within each sector. Beyond Utah, readers will find Distinctive Properties, which highlights SSIR’s national and global presence.

Continuing the theme of offering clients a level of unprecedented exposure, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty has partnered with various media outlets to deliver over 115,000 Collections Magazines directly to subscribers. These strategic partnerships are in addition to the over 400 distribution locations where Collections Magazine is on display and available for pickup.
