Deer Valley’s Snow Park redevelopment plan to go before Park City Planning Commission tonight

PARK CITY, Utah — The Deer Valley Snow Park Base Area Redevelopment plan will go before the Park City Planning Commission in a special meeting.

According to the agenda, the meeting will focus on Deer Valley’s transportation, circulation, parking, and right-of-way transfer plans for the Snow Park area. No action will be taken at this meeting, and public comments will be accepted as time allows.

This meeting follows a series of open houses hosted by Deer Valley last week, where the resort shares its vision for the Snow Park area, which currently includes luxury housing and shopping options, as well as a redesigned plaza.

The meeting will take place from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Prospector Lodge and Convention Center, at 2175 Sidewinder Drive, in Park City, as opposed to the Marsac Building, where Planning Commission meetings are typically held.

Residents also have the option to attend the meeting virtually. For more information, visit the Park City website.
