Celebrate fall with Park City Arts Council at the ‘Art-oberfest’ in Bonanza Art Park
PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Arts Council announced several new fall events that you will not want to miss.
First off is the Bonanza Art Park “Art-oberfest,” a temporary community art park and gathering space produced in partnership with Park City Municipal. The Art Park will be on the corner of Munchkin Road and Bonanza Drive, and will be open from October 26 to November 1.
The art park will be host to several other activities during its time open, including a Kids and Family Spooktacular on October 26 from 4-7 p.m. which will include pumpkin painting, face painting, games, food trucks, refreshments, and “spooky tunes.”
On October 27, the art park will host Games and Ghouls, in which kids and adults can participate in a cornhole tournament hosted by Mountain Town Cornhole. The game night will also include pickleball, giant chess, ping, pong, refreshments, and live music.
October 28 will be a food truck roundup at the art park, including food trucks Malabe, Soup’r Cheesy, District Thai, and Portena. The food truck roundup will also include live music and guided tours of the art park starting at various intervals throughout the night.
Finally, the art park will be home for the Dia de los Muertos – A Celebration of Life to celebrate the Dia de los Muertos. The celebration will be hosted in partnership with Artes de Mexico en Utah, and will include food, music, art, and a community Ofrenda installation to honor the Day of the Dead. The Ofrenda Ceremony will begin at 6 p.m.
