PARK CITY, Utah. — The Park City Police Department is asking for assistance in locating two men who used a traffic cone to commit vandalism in an underground parking garage on the morning of July 4. They were caught on surveillance video at the Town Point Condos (950 Park Ave.) throwing a traffic cone at the back of a Jeep, breaking the window.
