Open house to be held Wednesday for 550+ unit Hideout development
HIDEOUT, Utah — Skyhawk Development, which is proposing to build 400 homes and 150 hotel rooms overlooking Jordanelle, is holding an open house on Wednesday evening to inform residents and answer questions about their project.
Development plans were approved by the town’s planning commission in February.
The current proposal also includes a 20-room bed and breakfast.
The Hideout Town Council will make the final decision on the property.
The open house will run from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Boulders House on Wednesday.
