Woman killed after SR-248 crash Sunday night

PARK CITY, Utah — A woman has been declared dead after she hit a guardrail while traveling westbound on SR-248 Sunday night.

After colliding with the guardrail on the south side of the road, the vehicle hit an embankment.

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and police pronounced the death at the scene.

Alcohol was found inside the car, adding suspicion that the driver may have been impaired.
