Cupla Coffee opens in Kimball Junction on Saturday

PARK CITY, Utah — Cupla Coffee, which has made a name for itself with cafes in downtown Salt Lake and Cottonwood Heights, is opening a new location in Kimball Junction at the bottom of the Newpark Hotel.

Owners and identical twins, Abigail Purdie and Bethany Heath, managed Park City Coffee Roasters for years before deciding to create their own coffee business. “Park City is home,” Heath told TownLift. For years they were looking for a location in the Park City area.

Heath said Newpark felt their store would make a great fit for the area when they granted them the lease. The new location opens on Saturday, October 30 at 8 am.

Along with caffeine, they offer a variety of healthy food options, catering to those with keto, gluten-free, and vegan diets.
