Chef Benedict B. Jones, known as “Brophy” to his regulars, is the mastermind behind Epicurean Chefs. His specialties include; choice selections of wild game, handmade mozzarella, fresh butter, and various delectable sauces. Brophy welcomes his customers with a big smile and palpable love for the Park City Farmers Market.
