PARK CITY FARMER’S MARKET, Utah. — Mushrooms are notorious for providing an array of health benefits, including immune system strength and brainpower. Adam Wong of Intermountain Gourmet Mushrooms grows and sells a diversity of delicious fungi. Adam’s favorite part about being a vendor at the Park City Farmer’s Market is “Seeing and having a direct exchange with customers.”
