Park City Mountain Resort opens summer operations May 28

PARK CITY, Utah. – Park City Mountain announced summer operations open on Friday, May 28.

“After a successful winter season, we look forward to welcoming guests back to the mountain this May,” said Park City Mountain chief operating officer Mike Goar.

The Park City Adventure Park at the base of the mountain includes an alpine slide, mountain coaster, mini golf, gem panning, and other assorted activities. Scenic chairlift rides, bike haul, and hiking are on-mountain activities that have exploded in popularity in recent years.

Park City Mountain Village will be open seven days a week through September 6, after which the mountain will operate on shortened hours until October 3.

On the Canyons side, Canyons Golf opens on May 21. Details concerning Canyons Village operations, events, and activities have not been solidified yet.

In the wake of the COVID pandemic, Vail Resorts will adhere to public health codes and CDC guidelines.
