PARK CITY, Utah — Gracie Barra Park City Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu wants women in Park City to feel as safe as possible. Toward that goal, she’s giving away a week of free self-defense lessons.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is considered by many to be the most effective self-defense technique available, and has been a favored-form of self-defense for women for several decades.
The free classes are open to girls of all ages as well as adults.
